RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

• Photos of the packaging, if applicable.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be delayed or denied.

• A free replacement of the affected item.
• A full or partial refund, where applicable.
• Store credit for future purchases.
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled or modified only before processing begins.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
6. RETURNS
If a return is authorized, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Do not send any items back without prior authorization from our support team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
